Seemed quite a good reply to me, but lets go through it:
Rectifier is 5v at 2A so at least a 2A winding for that and I would want a 3A rating to feel safe. 7 valves at 6.3V and I guess all 0.3A so at least a 3A winding for them.
The previous poster gave you the HT voltage 325-0-325 and I would say a winding of 100mA but we have to be careful here as how the HT is derived can alter that ...
You can look here and there is no de-rating for full wave into a capacitor but it would still be nice to have a bit in hand so if you can find a transformer rated at 150mA it would be better. If you come across a 100mA at the right price you could always reduce the O/P valve current a bit and try it. If you cant keep your fingers pressed to it its running too hot.

Its quite a beefy transformer and wont be easy to find a 'drop in' replacement.
But quite a good set though, I had one once. Tuned RF and PP.
