I have been with Virgin Media since before they were. Right back in the TeleWest days before RB bought them out. Its simply years ... so long ago that I have no idea.
And I can say I have not had any probs, apart from the TV set top box doing funny things. I think it probably only needed a disk defrag but they just came and swapped it out. Mind you if you do get a prob its very frustrating going through all the call screening first.
The surprising thing is we are getting more service, faster broadband and more TV channels (some useless, some not bad such as PBS) for less money than we paid in the TeleWest days.
