Thanks for the sound advice Lawrence; tit for tat; Virgin cut our phone line without warning and if they are being silly enough to ignore email after email let them take me to court; I'll ensure plenty of bad publicity for them after all I'll only be doing to them as they do unto me?
I'm not in any way recommending anyone else take such action because I realize this is an open forum for the world to see but I remember the old story story about David and Goliath; the utility companies keep dragging the cable out of the road without warning so at least mine will be much neater and definitely safer? Hopefully common sense will prevail and Virgin will do the right thing towards Bron and me? Just to be very fair; I could of course simply install the new aerial and get a new supplier to hook up broadband and phone then inform Virgin to collect their equipment otherwise I'll charge rent or dispose of it myself?
