We have been with a Plusnet company for many years. We actually had a dead ringer.
You could call the phone with a mobile and answer it. I measured the line when it was supposed to be ringing and there was a very small ringing signal there.
When they fixed it they just said it was an exchange fault.
If we fill in a referral form for a new customer we get to share a referral bonus.
Avoid Talk Talk as they are a bit of a pain to deal with.
