There was some evidence that the numbering was flipped in alternate decades.
From an old cinema amplifier I have a 32+32uf can coded YDT giving a date code of 1 3 7 and as the cabinet date is stamped 1953 the capacitor would be 1951 week 37.
There is a retrofit power supply that was fitted to upgrade to magnetic sound and it also has a 32+32uf can with a date code SHT giving a code of 5 2 4 reading the other way with "W" being 1.
It does not fit the other way as it would give week 97. This capacitor would have been made in another decade.
The information is a little scattered throughout quite a long thread.
