That's looking very promising young Col.
The Headstock on my little Dalton is like that whereas on both the Chipmaster and the Pools there's no positive location as such and the Headstock has to be adjusted to align with the Bed and Tailstock.
I can see two Bolts at the rear of the Headstock but what holds the front down?
