All good stuff David. Seen that way of screening before, the Integra in the last BVWS mag had that. As to the additional earth bonding wire?
I'm sure you are going to spray both sides of the chassis and the trick is to spray the inside first making sure that you have the chassis raised up. If not paint can wick around to the front through the holes. Once dry if any has got to the front it can be lightly sanded flat before spraying the outside.
Crinkle washers used in contact with the chassis take care of the earth bonding although you can always add an additional wire between any sensitive points.
Posh top caps, have to spray the outside silver now
