CE Marking

Hmmm.. interesting thought - I buy DVB tuners on Ebay direct from China for use with ADS-B. I just looked and they all have the China Export logo on. So am I technically illegally importing these into the UK, or only if I resold them ?
The actual PCB inside does not have any markings on, only the plastic case.
