Although the band saws I owned and worked were much larger than the one in this video it still basically shows how I used to set mine up. The angle of the bottom band wheel on a Forestor bandsaw I had could be adjusted in any direction, mine was set after first leveling and plumbing the main frame then use that as a reference for the bottom wheel alignment, once the bottom wheel was done the top wheel was adjusted, final adjustment was made using the bottom wheel bearing housing locking bolts, these were slackened off just enough so the wheel bearing housing could be either slid in or out within the main frame housing in order to match the alignment of the top band wheel when using a straight edge then the locking bolts were re tightened.
