Wier 423D bench power supply

I'm afraid that in the end, despite having the Circuit, I simply measured all the little Transistors in my Farnell and changed the duff one - very amateur.
I've got another PSU, not Farnell, a very modern one, which has expired. I had a brief look inside and decided it could wait as it looks like a 3D Jigsaw.
