Depending on the LT voltage 1.5V, 2,0V, or 4.0V a very useful bit of kit for old battery sets.
Check that it is isolated from the mains.
Once it has been brought up slowly, check the Lt volts with a light load and check that it is also DC. and the same on the HT with a light load 10-25 mA.
