As per the Title, and from the usual source. Well, it's Pye and it was cheap.

It isn't anywhere near as imposing as it looks. In fact it's a Diecast box measuring 6 5/8" x 4 5/8" x 2 1/8".
The RH Label implies MoD. However, the Part Number doesn't give any hits that I can find.
The 'Electrolytic Capacitors' comment is, as far as I can tell, one 15u Tant. Bead.
It looks late '60s to late 70s to me.
The big green Resistor is 15R 5%.
The Relay is 12volts I think.
The bottom two Studs on the front are spring loaded. The other three are presumably for location.
I have to think that the layout of the Studs was designed for a particular Battery, but what Battery?
Could it have been a Prototype which never continued?
