This calculator might prove useful as it gives the inductance, self capacitance, self resonance, reactance, resistance and the Q value for air wound coils.
If the inductor is wound on a low loss former then I would think the inductance value would hold in general.
I would not know if the skin effect is factored in to the calculator.
