It looks like the password is still asked for on the royal signals site.
Lawrence you will need to save it in a different format using the software you can view it with.
This should make a copy that can be made back into a PDF file that will work for us.
What are you opening it with?
I might be able to install the software you are using with my windows adapter and get it into a generic PDF from Linux.
At least Linux has told me exactly why it would not open.
