Not an expert on these matters but it looks from the circuit that it's an Osc plus PA using the same devices, I would have thought that it would be diffcult to obtain an ideal switching rise time if inductance is a factor?
Maybe use the MOSFET's as PA only and drive them from a seperate switching source ie: multivib. or whatever where the rise time can be tailored to suit the switching requirements of the MOSFET's?
