Here is the cct from the ARRL handbook and the only 2 options I have for a tuning cap
I will use the small one methinks. I will also use the idea from Hythal for the coils so that I use the larger section of the cap for LF and the FM section for HF with 5 pin DIN plugs as coil bases etc.
