So he learned what you tort him and promptly primed a tape bomb so that it would still blow up

I have great praise for you for getting him to wire the plug correctly.
This was a little restoration for after dinner during the festive season and came with a fitted badly wired plug as standard with 13A fuse for a bigger bang.
