Mike - is it not possible to increase the inductance and reduce the capacitance, pro rata, producing a higher L/C ratio and thus a higher Q-factor?? If you can get the capacitance requirement down low enough, I think you'll find that you will then be requiring capacitors which have a much better R.F. performance.
