Hi Gents, re-cycle the transformers from old (non smps) videos. They have all the insulation needed and have several secondaries that can be series paralled. For HT it is easy to use a voltage multiplier on say 45 volts worth of windings.
I published a design on this basis in WW in Aug 2002.
