i had a KB radio with slider controles for vol and tone i had cleaned them about 6 months before with servisol when i tried to use it again the sliders were sized. a quick squirt of wd40 cured the problem.
is it just me or has any one else found servisol is not as good as it was years ago.

If you're a WD40 fan, they now produce a contact cleaner and other products - they've come to the realisation (admission?), that WD40 isn't a 'tool kit in a can' - it's a water displacement product.
I've got a can of the contact cleaner, but I haven't tried it yet:
