All in all, very good for a freebie, and I managed to draw a circuit for it, so it seems to be as numpty-proof as a CAD package can ever be!

Hello David, yes the valve/tube icons are limited, I needed a pentagrid, you can draw one yourself with that program, took me a while as these things do, you can then copy and paste your new basic valve icon on the sheet and add/remove electrodes as needed, you can save as PDF etc without registering which is handy but registration is required to save your work on their site, I see that Farnell have got their fingers in one of these schematic drawing programs, all very handy for fast developement.
If I have time I will post my pentagrid effort....!
