Hi Al, yes that's the one I had, my first signal generator as opposed to a signal injector stuffed in an old cigar tube... Mine was black and quite heavy and well built, had to get rid of it when I was off on my travels, I'm still after a good original example.
Don't know what the "L" stands for.
