They make money by the sheer number of drivers who exceed the speed limit, we all do it from time to time, just down the road from us there are three speed cameras in quick succession on a two lane A road all set for 31 mph or there abouts..
I only got done for speeding once, just after I passed my test when the firm decided that I was now to become a field engineer instead of a bench engineer, I was bombing down a four lane job down hill, apparently I was doing 90 in a Anglia 105E van!
