Just seen this thread and have an observation to make. If all of the recommended tools for removal fail, then there is one other available. I don't want to go into too much detail on an open forum, but it works almost 100% of the time. The tool download is updated once every 9 minutes and kept up-to-date by a team of enthusiasts. It takes anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes to do its work, but has worked every time for me, including for snap.do
The reason I collected malware and also found this tool, is because until my retirement I owned a security software business that supplied many High Street banks.
Should anyone have the misfortune to fall foul of malware that is difficult to remove, PM me and I can give you a link and instructions.
