Oh no David...You've mentioned that word...The Courier...Don't get me going. not to mention EDF electric, they fitted a new meter today, first of all I got a 'phone call to say that they couldn't find us, then when he turned up he said we would have to switch the consumer unit off, I told him it might not be possible because it's buried under loads of building materials, he didn't like that and said that if I couldn't get to the unit I would have to make an appointment for another day, I showed him that all the appliance plugs had been pulled and that all the socket and light switches were off, he was having none of it, anyway under protest I had to move all the stuff to switch it off.
