ok i have glued the cabinet back together and removed the chassis
it has had relacement mains filter (blue and white one).
there has been some work done around the vol/mains switch.
other than that it looks original.
my first job will to be to repace the cut off mains lead and change the mains filter for an X2 type .
there is only one wax paper cap
but lots of brown hunts at least 4 of which have cracked cases 
the cracked ones i will change before power up

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
