FWIW, there are loads of variants of this document - Tektronix continuously updated it every year, depending on new models & changing technologies - e.g. early versions were 5xx series analogue, then 4xx, then 5xxx & 7xxx, then 22xx & 24xx and now the later versions have little or no analogue content - its all digital sampling theory....
You can always download the latest version (and other useful Tektronix tutorials) from http://www.tek.com/learning/oscilloscope-tutorial (you will need to set up a Tektronix login - this is free and only takes a couple of minutes...)
A quick Google finds nearly 3,000 pdfs on the interwebby with that name, of which a fair few are different versions...
Its a good document, and early versions (which are more relevant here) are worth archiving, but there are already a whole bunch out there !!
