I am currently considering purchasing one of the above and would appreciate any comments on them as to their pro and cons.
I already know that they have auto-transformers so have the same safety issues as AC/DC sets.
What I'd really like to know is is there any way of adding a 'Gram' input that isn't actually suicidal, perhaps something involving an audio transformer to keep it isolated. I'm as concerned about the welfare of whatever's connected to it as much as my own; the human body has great qualities of self-healing, modern electronics don't.
