Hi Lawrence,
With the switch on - I have just over 240v across the incoming mains lead terminals connected to the switch and 240v from the terminals into the scale lamps and to R37.

I suppose I need to check that the scale bulbs are working as if I recall correctly if one fails the heater chain fails??
