µµF for pF does make more sense as they are 10...
You can't do extended characters and I can't do superscript.
In long-hand - a µF is ten to the minus six of the number and a pF is ten to the minus six again.
By the way, to get to µΩ½¼ &c use the Character Map: Start>Programs> Accessories >System Tools. Thanks to Al I don't have to mess about like that. I'll try to find the thread.
