Not just snowflake, Alan. The original was literally cut and pasted together and then further tidied up on the computer.
Here's the corrected version:-
The unregulated voltage dropping on load is a good thing as it means the regulators have less to do and don't get as hot.
The voltage range is 1.2V to 18V and the current limit 25mA to 1A.
