We have used an amusing technique which works beatifully, but isn't generally available to the public.
We - me, Geoff and his mate Tone - use the GRM Window Sampling rig to sink 4" holes in the right places then fill them up with concrete to form a Pile. If we want it to be really swish we bang a short length of plastic pipe into the top to level up and get above ground level. Then we put beams across the top and build onto them.
