Fitting Dial Cord - Bush VHF90

Firstly - Many thanks Joe for the info which is most greatfully received.

I've noticed that the drum is 180 degrees out of sync with the diagram. As I recall last night, I couldn't do anything to change this. It must have gone on originally so why do i have a problem now?
