Sounds good - shame those printers went off the market.
On a different tack I'm leaning towards your actual silk screen printing -

All the materials seem to be readily available at Amazon (and not prohibitively expensive) so I might give this a shot.
Nothing ventured, etc. Oh, I should ask, has anyone already given this a try?
