Not necessarily.. Does any work underneath show without doubt that the output valve has been changed? I would guess it's age (if Spanish) as just after the war thrown together out of whatever was available.. if pre-war I would be expecting to see the gold versions of a couple of the valves at least. Makers sometimes made odd choices due to parts availability or cost.
Just a point.. on your other pics of it.. the label.. note the word "sintonia" .. that's Italian and means.. (close anyway) "to be on the same wavelength as"
Again makes me suspect just post war rather than 1930's .. might even stretch to 1950.
