I gave my DAB radio to my father in law, to be honest the reception where I live is rubbish, even though as the crow flies, the Sutton Coldfield mast is probably 15 miles away, most stations were a bubbling mess.

I mainly use a bush WiFi radio for my listening, but again, most of the stations I listen to are internet only, (RNI, Big L, Atlantic oldies etc) and BBC radio 4 extra for the old comedy shows.

But must admit, I find it a pity that DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) has not taken off, I think it would be a good way of utilizing the SW band
