portable dab radios are let down on two fronts.
1.very low power out put.(to do with power consumtion?)
2. very little speakers .
I dont understand why some one cant make on with say 2 watts rms and 1 mono 4" speaker.
i have a full size hi set witch i use to listen to radio 4xtra and other things not on fm.
but for music on radio 3 clasic and even radio 2 my leak trough line even with cheap decoder sounds far better.
Also why do local radio stations even bbc ones not broadcast on dab?
why is power consumtion still so high on dab?
