ok getting further before resoldering the earth wire i thought i would check c 24 it was leaky.
now you may ask why i had not done this befor as its the audio coupling cap (that cap ) well because its a bumble bee cap and they never go wrong
well now all voltages on output valve are ok and no distortion.
oh well onwards and upwards

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
