Thanks Alan, I have been googling images and it might be a type 104, you are correct about the number of different types! I need one so I can select and feed either sideband to a seperate audio stage as the front panel outputs are for 'phones only ( 10 mw into 600 ohms) So far as I can ascertain from the circuit diagram the 'phone outputs are not switchable, I will try and post a diagram for anyone that might be interested.
