its what makes the hobby interesting.When i did it for a living i prayed for the stock faults .
as they made me more money ,complex or more obscore faults would end up being repaired at a loss but were more interesting to do.
it was swings and roundabouts.of coarse towards the end when sets became more reliable most faults other than psu rebuilds were obsure .and the time spent fault finding made the cost of repair unviable.
now i do it just as a hobby i can spend hours on a set and if i get fed up put it to the side till i feel like haveing another go

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
