I think Pete is hoping to get it back, but as he's never used it I suspect he isn't worried.
I used it a couple of times last year, mainly to make some shelves for the kitchen - usual problem, 'There's nowhere to put anything!'
It was all pretty straightforward, and now it's part of the fabric of the building
I'll have a trip up to see your desk when it's finished. I suspect it will be even more splendid in real life than in the pictures.
