I think this can now be pretty well called finished. The vinyl is very saggy but I'm still debating with myself if it's worth the risk of it tearing if I re-stuff it. If so it would be a good excuse to redo it with something more interesting.

       

I'll certainly have a poke around with an oscilloscope when I get a working one.

I'll wait 'til I've actually used it a bit before commenting further on its performance.
