Thank you for that thread, David. Many times I've pondered on the idea of using electrolysis for cleaning and I've long held the belief that (for the amateur) it is a technique that needs some serious evaluation. So, time to get out my chemistry text books and do some revision. That'll make a change from reading the wireless / radio books!
