Many moons ago, long before Mobiles, a couple of friends remarked that their telephone bill was only so much, whereas mine was three times as high. When I thought about it I realised that they never rang me, I always rang them, which is why their bills were so low. Presumably that's what they did to all their friends and relatives. I stopped ringing them, and have long taken the view that there should be an equitable split between incoming and outgoing. If they don't ring me I don't ring them.
