0.25HP electric motor problems

Hi All,
Good news to report. I have now a working 0.25hp SEM Ltd motor up and running thanks to the invaluable help from my dear friend Col (Retired).

Now all I need to do is finish working on the Lathe (very slowly at the moment too!).
