Hi,
WOW; what a fascinating video Gary; many thanks for adding the link; I've just watched it full length.
I'm very impressed with all the equipment used; the spot welder is most useful and the spring (Coil) winding is neat. Good use is made of the gas torch in fact I would appreciate advice on a suitable torch for workshop use as this is something I must buy. I'm surprised the guy hasn't set fire to his whiskers.
Is the hinged drum used for annealing the glass?
I liked the heavy eccentric converting rotary motion into linear motion (crankshaft).
You certainly know me Gary; yes let me loose with all this equipment especially the engineering items and I would play for hours. I could make use of the mill to produce two GIBS for my lathes but alas I can only dream and will have to make the GIBS the hard way.
It's a rather long video and I couldn't understand the written descriptions but then I was brought up with the Yorkshire language; the video is extremely clear and highly watch-able. Very enjoyable indeed.
I need to get off the computer and get something done.
Kind regards, Col.

Happiness is a wreck of a cabinet to restore.
