Yes, it made me smile. However, since you asked, I believe the parent. Why? Because if the parent was doing other than selling snow shovels, then the only way the child would have been able to do that drawing would have been if that child had seen mummy in action. And considering the venues where such entertainment usually occurs (or so I am told), it seems highly unlikely that the child would have been at such a venue to observe the proceedings and thus be able to produce the drawing.
