Making a new back for a 'Little Maestro'

A few addtional pics referred to in my earlier post are attached, to help make a bit more sense of what's involved. The pics show the position of the router guide to cut the middle row of slots, the two lateral panels fixed over the two dowels to cut the first middle slot, then these two panels moved right over to the left of the last of their 18 holes to allow the last slot in the middle row to be cut. Then a pic of the router guide moved down the baseboard and screwed into position to allow the last row of holes to be cut, showing the lateral panels on their last holes on the two dowels to enable the last of the 58 holes to be cut.

I hope that if the notes are read in conjuction with studying the pics, that it will all become clear, but if not, and anyone needs any advice on how to make such a jig, I'll be happy to help as best I'm able. However, as I said earlier, much as I like to be as helpful as possible, I'm just not in a position to make other jigs or backs, bearing in mind that it's taken me 20 months to get round to making this one!
