I thought I'd have another look at this and got wholly different results.

Unloaded:-

50mV/Div 2ms/Div AC coupling.

There are also faint vertical lines on the leading edges about another square high.

Loaded with a 12V 5W lamp (it's rated at 9V 2A):-

50mV/Div 200μs/Div AC coupling.

I'm no CRO expert and this is the best data I can provide.
