Hard to believe that there was ever a time when the streets were full of woman dressed like this. Not all of them were 'easy on the eye' and would have looked better covered up!
(About 1967 - 70 as I recall).
It evokes comments such as: 'Do these shorts make me look fat?'
'No darling - its your fat that makes you look fat' :D
